H2Glo carwash

I have generally been pleased with this car wash but today someone pulled in after me and they pushed me through right away. The driver’s side did not get pre-washed at all. The driver’s side window wasn’t even wet when I was moved through to the brushes. The guy with the mop didn’t have the opportunity to wash it because the other guy couldn’t wait to go onto the next car. There wasn’t a line, just me and the car behind me. Very disappointing and not worth the money this time.

Attendance go over your car before you go through the car wash making sure any really dirty and harder areas are cleaned. They really do a great service.

Took my completely undamaged three year old car through the car wash last night, and because I pulled forward to vacuum it out after I didn’t notice that whatever was stuck in there machinery had ripped the paint off the front of my car on the hood and left about a dozen little dings around it But there’s no phone number or no way to contact anybody and their sign doesn’t say anything about whipping the paint off my new vehicle. I understand that I probably have no recourse with these people since I noticed other reviews, have similar complaints but I’m now I have to pay for this but people should know. Absolutely ridiculous. Clean your machinery people! I’m sure you’re insured for things like this even though you’re trying to skirt responsibility of it. I’ll make sure everybody knows to just stay home and wash their car in their driveway rather than destroy it at your car wash.

I arrived on a Saturday at 8 a.m., and H2Glo was gearing up for the day. The drive up credit card payment station offered many different wash types, including wax application or undercarriage wash. The one staff on duty was friendly, and washed down the car with a high-powered water hose prior to my entering the wash. As you go through, there's no shortage of colorful flashing lights and signs, which reminded me of a 70's disco! The big brushes were powerful and seemed to cover the car well. At the end, large fans dried the car somewhat. There were signs everywhere promoting multiple washes per month, but one had to ask the staff. The vacuum cleaner bank was easily accessible at the end, and it was easy to vacuum the car inside by using a different vacuum from each side of the car. The nozzle was shaped well to get into medium-sized crevices. I noted no cloth or paper towels available. Trash receptacles were large and had been recently emptied. I want to know more about the multi wash for one fee per month, but I could find no website or online information. This is certainly a missed opportunity for promotion and sales. March 2025 Same good experience as m6 previous review.
